CANCELLATION POLICY
Your hair appointment at Fatal Attraction is reserved specifically for you. We’d therefore appreciate it if you could kindly notify us 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If you have symptoms of Covid-19, please do not come to the salon, instead please telephone the salon as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment.
REVISED BOOKING POLICY
Please be reminded that due to Covid-19 we are having to charge a 50% deposit when booking in the event your appointment is cancelled. Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept walk in appointments or fill cancellations. We will therefore hold your deposit for when you are able to make a future appointment. Deposits will be held if appointments are cancelled within the 48 hours’ notice, unless due to extenuating circumstances (this will be individually reviewed).
