CANCELLATION POLICY
Your hair appointment at Fatal Attraction is reserved specifically for you. We’d therefore appreciate it if you could kindly notify us 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

As a small business no shows and last minute cancellations really affect our business. Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept walk in appointments to fill cancellations. For all new clients we require deposits of £20 for hair cutting services and £30 for hair cutting and colouring. In the event of a cancellation, we will retain your deposit for when you are able to make a future appointment. Deposits will not be carried over or refunded if appointments are cancelled within the 48 hours’ notice, unless due to extenuating circumstances (this will be individually reviewed).
