It’s so lovely to be back – it seems such a long time since we last saw you at our Colchester and Sudbury salons. Thank you all so much for your patience and support.
It’s been wonderful to start seeing our clients for their post lockdown makeovers! Our Creative Stylists have been really excited to be working on so many restyles and colour changes. We’ve also been super impressed with how you’ve all managed your hair during the past 3 months.
Your feedback has been amazing and much appreciated, we knew we had a challenge ahead and we had no idea of how busy it would be. We are so sorry for anyone we have missed, as you are all very important to us. As well as ensuring the safety of our team and clients for your return, our other main task was to reschedule all cancelled appointments (due to the lockdown), before we could open our diaries for new bookings.
We are now open for all bookings and we encourage you wherever possible to use our online booking service at www.fatalattractionltd.com, or pre-book your next appointment at your visit, as our phone lines have been extremely busy. Unfortunately at this time we are not always able to leave our customers to answer the phone. We are constantly learning and growing and appreciate any feedback you have to improve our services during these challenging times.

There’s just a few things to remember when you visit the salon:
• Please, please, please arrive on time for your appointment!!
• If you arrive early, please wait outside the salon, socially distanced and wait to be invited in.
• Please bring a mask, however we do have these available.
• Hand sanitiser is available when you enter and leave the salon.
• You will be taken to your designated chair by your stylist on arrival.
• We are unable to provide hot beverages, however we can supply bottled water, or you can bring your own.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to provide magazines, so please bring a your own, or a book and don’t forget we have free WIFI too!
• Please keep your personal belongings with you and only bring the bare essentials into the salon.
• Please note we are aiming to go contactless and prefer card payments, although cash is being accepted.
