Thank you for booking your appointment at Fatal Attraction.

It would be appreciated if you arrive on time for your appointment. We are having to work to strict timeframes to allow for sanitisation of chairs and equipment, to keep our clients and our team safe.

As we now have additional costs for PPE and sanitisation, we have had to increase our service prices across the board by 10% to reflect this. We really appreciate your understanding and loyal support due to the current circumstances.

REVISED BOOKING POLICY
Please be reminded that due to Covid-19 we are having to charge a 50% deposit when booking on-line, in the event your appointment is cancelled. For appointments booked by telephone we are taking a £20 deposit. Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept walk in appointments to fill cancellations.

Your hair appointment at Fatal Attraction is reserved specifically for you. If you wish to cancel please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, so we can reschedule your appointment. If you contact us to reschedule your appointment prior to the 48 hour’s notice, we will hold the deposit and move it to another suitable date.

Deposits will be held if appointments are cancelled within the 48 hours’ notice, unless due to extenuating circumstances (this will be individually reviewed).

COVID-19 POLICY

If you have symptoms of Covid-19, please do not come to the salon, instead please contact the salon by telephone as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment.

During these challenging times, our number one priority is the safety of our clients and our team.

At Fatal Attraction we have taken the necessary measures to comply with the latest Government guidance and we also receive regular updates from our industry experts. All our team have received appropriate training and have received Barbicide Certification to ensure that the correct salon procedures regarding PPE and sanitisation are adhered to at all times.

Despite having to take these measures, it is important to us that you are still able to relax and enjoy your visit and we will ensure you receive the best possible service. Our aim is for you to leave our salon looking totally gorgeous and feeling revitalised.
