It’s been lovely to see you all over the past couple of months and we have enjoyed receiving your feedback on how safe you feel while visiting our salon.

Just to remind you, face masks are now compulsory for everyone in salon and our team are on hand to ensure you are as comfortable as possible during your time with us.
Our full service menu has returned, along with discounts for Students, Pensioners, and NHS staff who will receive 10% off all services from Monday to Thursday.

PUTTING YOUR HEALTH FIRST
We have introduced SOS treatments with all bleach services to ensure we put the health of your hair first. Our priority is to offer quality hairdressing in a safe environment. Sadly it looks like we’re going to have to continue with the current working restrictions for the foreseeable future. With less staff in salon in order that you are socially distanced from the other clients and also having to allow extra time to ensure everything is sanitised between appointments, it has had a massive impact on how we normally work. However we feel it’s right to continue this way and in view of this, please note that although we have not applied our annual price increase, we will be applying a 10% PPE charge on all services.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be reminded that due to Covid19 we are having to charge a 50% cancellation fee as we are no longer able to accept walk in appointments or fill these appointments.

VISITING GUIDELINES
As a reminder, please see the safety guidelines for your visit to the salon below.

• Please, please, please arrive on time for your appointment!!
• If you arrive early, please wait outside the salon, socially distanced and wait to be invited in.
• You must wear a mask in the salon, so please remember to bring this with you. We do have these available should you forget.
• Hand sanitiser is available when you enter and leave the salon.
• You will be taken to your designated chair by your stylist on arrival.
• We are unable to provide hot beverages, however we can supply bottled water, or you can bring your own.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to provide magazines, so please bring a your own, or a book and don’t forget we have free WIFI too!
• Please keep your personal belongings with you and only bring the bare essentials into the salon.
• Please note we are aiming to go contactless and prefer card payments, although cash is being accepted.
