We are so pleased to announce we will be opening our salon on Saturday 4th July.
Things will be a little bit different when we go back to the salon, but all of this will be communicated to you before your appointment. We are so excited to be back and thank you so much for your loyalty and continued support during the lockdown – we’ve really missed you and can’t wait to see you soon.
We’ll update you very shortly to let you know when our diaries are up and running and ready to take your bookings. We have new Health & Safety guidelines in place for us to be able to operate safely and we will inform you of our new procedures, so that you know what to do before your visit.
We will be working 7 days a week, with extended hours so we can accommodate you all.

As it has been at least 3 months since your last visit and we have new working restrictions, we will reschedule any clients who had appointments booked during lockdown asap, then we will open our online booking for those who want to make appointments. We will encourage you where possible to use our online booking system, as we are being inundated with emails and our phone lines are going mad!! Please bear with us while we get prepared, we will be in touch very soon.
We have a new post lockdown guide to which services you will need to book, so your stylist has the correct time allocated for your hair. We will be operating a reduced service menu and extra hours for July and August to start with, which will be reviewed in accordance with the latest Government guidance.
Please note we need to allow extra time on all services for sanitation and will only be operating with a maximum of 4 stylists working at any one time, to ensure you have a safe and relaxing experience with us.
Anyone who has coloured their hair during the lockdown, or if it has been 6 months since your last visit, we will need to do a skin test 48 hours prior any colour service, but don’t worry, we will invite you in prior to your appointment.
As hairdressers, we often go the extra mile and change services when needed or upgrade to something extra, but sadly at the moment our stylists will have a set time with you for your appointment and will not able to change services on the day or meet all your requirements if you arrive late for your appointment. We are doing our utmost to ensure our systems run as smoothly as possible, so please take time to look at our post lock down cut and colour menus by scrolling down to the next post.
Don’t worry if you need our stylists’ recommendation on which service you will need, they will be available to offer help and advice via video consultations, so we can prepare you for your visit. The most important thing is that we allow enough time for your requirements, which will depend on the condition, thickness and length of your hair and managing your expectations, so you have a relaxing experience.
We will be encouraging contactless payments where possible and taking deposits on all new bookings. Please note our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to your appointment unless you show symptoms of coronavirus or have been asked to self isolate, then you will need to tell us at the earliest time possible so we can re-arrange your appointment.
